Build and maintain a team calendar (birthdays, anniversaries, team gatherings etc.) Handle inventory ordering for your office Direct and triage incoming phone calls or emails. Respond via email or in person communication Handle multi line phones Administrative duties Experience: 3+ years of professional reception experience Proficiency in MS office Proficient in Smartsheet Organizational skills Excellent computer skills & an interest of learning new software Exceptional customer service skills Qualifications: Able to work independently and team setting Prior office experience a PLUS Adapt in a dynamic, project-based environment Strong work ethic, attention to detail Great communication skills Work hours: M-F Full time, Part time also available.
