Position Summary:

Manage and support the standardization of key business processes and reporting at the field level for the Finance Organization. This included the development of field-level tools as well as training for field-level finance team members. Act as a consultative business partner within Regional Finance Organization, Corporate Finance and field operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring, on-boarding, and performance management of field finance team. Management and professional development of the Market Center finance staff in the region.
Evaluation of processes and procedures to gain efficiencies and cost savings by driving continuous improvement; utilizing standardization, simplification, and automation when possible.
Administration of policies and programs, while working with the District Mangers, Regional Staff and Front Line Managers to achieve the Region’s financial and operating objectives.
Ensures core financial processes; A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory, Cash Collections and SOX compliance are consistently grounded throughout the Region.
Oversees and analyzes the annual budget, monthly projection and monthly closing processes and collaborates with the regional field organization and headquarter support teams to achieve financial objectives.
Assist in development of and presentation of the quarterly Management Operating Review.
Identification and ongoing monitoring of under-performing Market Centers, including leading an improvement team to turnaround performance.
Assists in administering compliance with Aramark’s Business Conduct Policy and related directives (e.g., internal controls at field locations, contract compliance, conducts informal audits, and corrective actions are implemented to meet compliance expectations).
Conducts ongoing training sessions for field finance team regarding new accounting procedures and other relevant financial programs and initiatives
Manages the control of regional assets, including the capital expenditure process, product inventory, and equipment.
Monitors working capital requirements, with a particular focus on the administration of accounts receivable and their collection.
Review the controls of balance sheet reconciliations including AR, Change Fund, Customer Deposits, Differed Income, and Accrued Expenses at field locations.
Evaluation of new business through proforma review, customer reinvestment, potential investments, acquisitions and/or divestitures.
Engages with other regional managers to identify and promote sharing of best practices
Partners with VPO and other stakeholders to provide financial analysis to facilitate good decision making.
Position works closely with senior managers across all functional areas including OpX, Accounting, Compliance, and IT to strengthen internal controls, optimize company growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably with a finance and Accounting.
Master’s degree and/or CPA are preferred.
A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience leading a finance team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
This position will require 50% travel.
