In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a finance business partner through various responsibilities, including financial modeling and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, board and management reporting, and data analytics.The ideal candidate is proactive, driven and resourceful, with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. Located in either our New York, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ, offices and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a critical part of a visible, cross-functional team and will help drive strategic decision making.Responsibilities· Build and maintain detailed and dynamic financial models that are powered by big data to support annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and variance analysis processes· Design, develop and deploy business intelligence tools to support strategic initiatives· Support monthly close process through close partnership with the accounting team· Create monthly financial and operational reporting for senior management and board, including insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans· Identify key trends and potential risks and opportunities across the business· Work cross functionally to evaluate strategic initiatives and associated financial impacts and help to incorporate into financial plans· Run ad-hoc analyses for cross functional leaders and management· Assist in preparation of board materials· Continuously look to increase efficiency through process automationQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or another analytical discipline preferred· 5 + years of experience in an Accounting / Finance role in either a corporation or consulting firm, with emphasis on financial planning and analysis, reporting development, and business analytics· A self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to multi-task to manage daily workload and deliver against monthly / quarterly reporting deadlines· Detail-oriented with both the ability to extract essential information large datasets, and capability to aggregate and distill this information into actionable insights· Strong analytical skills with the ability to both understand and articulate the “story” that the numbers are telling· Internally motivated individual who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI requiredWhat we offerTI is an innovator within the digital infrastructure ecosystem that puts its people and customers at the forefront of everything it does.
