A $5B private Construction organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team with a proven business model and commitment to innovation that has fueled rapid business growth and expansion. The Senior Financial Analyst position is a high-visibility role offering extensive growth opportunity to grow into an FP&A Manager with high visibility to the Controller & CFO. SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $98,000 plus bonus

Position Description
Develop and maintain consistent procedures to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
Provide robust analytics to assist with meeting corporate goals as well as improving the Company’s overall financial position
Effectively analyze P&L results using financial data from several IT systems and qualitative information from functional leads across the organization
Ensure timely, efficient cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders in order to provide the most accurate, clear and up-to-date information possible
Develop, prioritize and execute on financial projects and models
Timely analysis of revenues, expenses and cash flows to meet corporate goals
Maintain consistent management reporting for leadership team and Board of Directors presentations
Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are developed and executed timely and accurately
Play a key role in performing various monthly and quarterly analyses to achieve a deep understanding of the business factors impacting the results of operations
Improve financial position by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends and recommending actions
Work independently and cross-functionally to achieve Finance initiatives as needed throughout the year
Mentor and provide guidance to other financial analysts in the Finance organization as needed.
Assist with long-range planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
4-7 years of experience finance experience
Preferred experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of GAAP accounting
Advanced Microsoft excel skills (vlookups, databases, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience with SAP preferred
Ability to identify, measure, evaluate, and improve, if necessary, the effectiveness of accounting, financial, managerial, and operational controls
Work independently without direct supervision
