We are collaborative and nimble.Our work environment includes:Relaxed atmosphereCasual work attireGrowth opportunitiesAt Keder Solutions we believe that supply security is imperative to do business and that making products in the United States where it should be done to reduce lead times and have the best engineering and production workers adding value to what we make.This role as the Senior Finance and Accounting Analyst for our family of businesses will oversee the cost accounting for all of the manufacturing businesses, provide department financial and sales reporting, support the month end close process and drive to continuously improve the day-to-day operations of our businesses. This role reports directly to the CFO. This role will grow into the finance manager for one of the manufacturing divisions.General ResponsibilitiesManage the cost accounting by reviewing costs and ensuring proper valuations.Ensures accurate sales and financial reporting.Coordinates the budgeting processes with the CFO and department managers.Reviews monthly financials against budgets to report on variances and proper expense classification.Reconciles balance sheet accounts for proper accrual accounting.Work with divisional management to establish KPI’s.Prepares analysis for fixed asset acquisitions and tracks the financial impact over time.Must Have RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work-related experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an accounting role.
