The Senior Financial Analyst leads the FP&A team in supporting the Operations and Business teams with reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and ad hoc reports for internal customers, external ownership, and others as required.*This is NOT a remote position, but may have some flexibility to work from our Midtown Atlanta office.*ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with finance team members.Oversee and manage the creation of accurate, standardized, monthly reports. Manage security of publication methods.Lead budgeting, forecasting (modeling) and analytical efforts across all subsidiaries.Analyze complex scenarios.Develop flexible models to evaluate the financial impact of various business initiatives under a range of assumptions and scenarios.Respond to inquiries from company-wide managers regarding financial results and special reporting requests. Resolve issues as necessary.Partner with operations for margin enhancement initiatives and project evaluations.Work with the accounting team to meet month-end close deadlines.Improve systems, procedures, and initiate corrective actions.Collaborate with managers throughout the company to support overall corporate initiatives and goals.Create dashboards and collaborative tools for assessing and evaluation KPIs for broad and specific organizational objectives.QualificationsBA/BS in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited university.Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.Solid knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles).Three or more years of proven experience as an accountant/financial analyst in a mid-sized company.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software to include: Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience in creating monthly reporting models with advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables.Experience with creating / maintaining relational databases.Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite.Experience with forecasting systems like Adaptive Insights.Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience collaborating in a matrixed, team environment.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and technological capabilities.Willingness to work varied hours when necessary to achieve desired results.Ability to be a continual learner who acquires and applies new knowledge.Commitment to support all company policies.Embrace Company core values.BenefitsCome grow with us!
