| Job Description : | Summary: Serve as the leader for consolidating monthly and quarterly TBM results reporting, as well as quarterly financial forecasts/outlooks, for the Controller. Provide high-level analysis and strategic recommendations supporting the Controller for meetings with the Finance Committee and executive leaders. Work with the budget managers, as well as the executive officers, as necessary. Develop the written and verbal business narrative that clearly and concisely communicates the essence of the financial results. Identifying the business implications of the financial results and projections is also a key role.Reports to: ControllerResponsibilities include:Budget/Results/Outlook Analysis and Management – Provide a comprehensive view of the monthly actuals, and quarterly annual outlook, across TBM to the Controller, for recommendation to the CFAO, with emphasis on analysis and recommendations across all departments for achieving financial and operational goalsStrategic Collaboration – Collaborate with fundraising team by providing financial results as needed for donor proposals (e.g., current and prior year actuals, compared to budgets, in the formats requested by donors)Program Revenue – Work with program leadership to develop effective, confidential, and client-focused processes for receiving and tracking program fees and achieving program revenue goalsClient Services – Work with finance/administration and program leadership, to create effective processes, recordkeeping, and training to support client savings programRequirements:Embrace the organization’s Statement of Faith5+ years in program management, finance, or administrationBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or 4-year degree combined with relevant experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Financial accounting: 5 years (Preferred)Management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
