Role Overview:
We are looking for a data savvy Sr Product Manager who is an expert in the Analytics, Data reporting and data management field to join our M&A Business Technology Go to Market team. You will use professional concepts to understand key sales motion to establish data elements that are critical from customers/collaborators point of view for business reporting, forecasting, and performing key customer relationship management sales and operations motion.
Responsibilities:
Strong product management skills in building and delivering on enterprise scale products
Understand merged/acquired company’s products and sales motion, assess and analyze capabilities fit vs gap of merged/acquired companies with Salesforce products, and propose future product experience and requirements to address the gaps in partnership with business, technology, other product teams and sales operations
Possess deep understanding of technology infrastructure on how data flows and be able to run simple queries to perform the analysis
Find opportunities across the enterprise to scope, prioritize and roadmap their implementation
Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, operations specialist and business partners in the delivery of automation solutions to scale Salesforce operations
Lead the product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other key initiatives
Works with multiple business units, and leads a cadence of meetings to communicate at the operational and delivery methods
Act as a team lead on highly transparent projects and critical assignments
Opportunities to lead the work of others, including contingent or temporary staff
Great communicator and balances with strong empathy to work proactively to predict and minimize potential issues before they arise, and resolve those that do in a timely manner
Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)
Work with a geographically dispersed team and partners with flexibility and excellent communication and presentation abilities
Identify business themes and trends and can influence customer vision at the roadmap level, providing meaningful feedback to business partners on how Business Technology can support their goals
Lead, influence, and design IT processes and playbooks
Balance multiple issues, set expectations and prioritize accordingly
Research and respond to customer questions
Navigate sophisticated situations involving multiple parties
Requirements:
8-12 years in technology delivery including product management and engineering roles
A consistent record driving results through direct management and collaboration with partners
Strong interpersonal communication and team building experience
Experience with the management of individual contributors, people managers and consultants
Diverse experience in technology architecture, systems analysis and systems delivery
This role is Office-Flex (~1-3 days/wk in office)
