Utilizing local offices with non-commissioned sales representatives, they offer a wide variety of retirement savings plans and services, including 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b) deferred compensation plans. Mutual of America also provides investment vehicles to individuals for their retirement and other long-term financial needs. Division: Administrative Operations / Centralized Service Center The Western and Eastern regional offices will have centralized service centers which will be based out of Phoenix, AZ and Boca Raton, FL. This team of individuals will support the regional sales offices across these territories by supporting and processing routine client requests. The Manager will perform various supervisory functions and oversight of assigned team leaders. Responsibilities: The Manager of the Service Center will focus on engaging, building and strengthening their region’s current clients and supervise assigned team leaders.
