Division: Administrative Operations / Centralized Service Center
The Western and Eastern regional offices will have centralized service centers which will be based out of Phoenix, AZ and Boca Raton, FL. This team of individuals will support the regional sales offices across these territories by supporting and processing routine client requests. The Manager will perform various supervisory functions and oversight of assigned team leaders.
Responsibilities:
The Manager of the Service Center will focus on engaging, building and strengthening their region’s current clients and supervise assigned team leaders.
Review and evaluate call volume, activity, and performance metrics
Oversee schedules set by team leaders (e.g., phone shifts, vacation requests)
Provide training to improve quality and standardized service levels
Performance evaluations
Supervise various existing Plan Sponsor support functions
Hiring new of new staff
Required Qualifications:
Excellent business writing, presentation, and phone skills
Client relationship management experience
Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day
Ability to work flexible hours
Active FINRA Series 6 and SIE or must obtain within the first 90 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
