| Job Description : | Location: Remote 100% Length: 6 mo+Rate $475 W2 / $525 2C or 1099 based on 8-hour dayBenefits are available for W2 consultantsDescription: This is a junior – midlevel role I am looking for the SOC /SOCII Business Analyst with financial services experience.Regulatory Transaction Reporting / SOCII – Business AnalystSupport client in the development and delivery of a new wealth management platform for the Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) and Service Organization Control (SOC) compliance workstreams. Direct business analyst support to the project manager. Responsibilities include:Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR)Development of Regulatory Transaction Reporting (ATC-205) including the following six reports:INSITE Filing & ReportingLOPR – Acting in concert (AIC)Automated Exam Program (AEP)Blue Sheets & EBSShort Interest ReportingConsolidated Audit Trail (CAT) ReportingDevelopment of reports that demonstrate validated organizational controls via testing with auditable evidence and effectiveness of controls over an extended period, including:Ensuring evidence reported is verified and demonstrative to compliance requirementsProviding analysis towards the workstream’s readiness to go live on the new platformPerforming other analytical tasks as requiredPerform standard Project Management activities in accordance with client’s PM practices, including:Project health reporting/dashboard developmentManagement of project actions, risks, issues, and dependenciesManage an overall workstream project plan and scheduleProvide formal project updates to senior client and program personnelCollaborate with workstreams across the program to ensure synergy and alignment of dependenciesEssential Skills:Regulatory or compliance experience with proven resultsAdvanced Excel SkillsConsulting background a plusService Organization Controls (SOCII)Possess a working level understanding of SOC II framework including the five Trust Service Principles (TSPs):SecurityAvailabilityProcessing IntegrityConfidentialityPrivacySupport analytical and Project Management activities in accordance with client’s PM practices, including:Mapping of applications and tools to Trust Service PrinciplesProviding communications support to reach strategic project stakeholdersAuthoring and orchestrating business case technical reviews to capture project evidence and artifactsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $475.00 – $525.00 per dayBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: Remote |
