Job Description : Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
Job Summary:
Leads cost areas of major construction project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management | Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members | Cost Tracking KPIs | Interfaces between the project team, construction site and management | Manage and ensure accuracy of the capital portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and govern policies and procedures for Cost Tracking, Forecasting, and Capital Planning
Develops, implement, and govern standards, guidelines and performance metrics to define and promote optimal utilization and benefits of capital
Supports business and program management leaders to ensure data integrity by enforcing compliance to Cost Control processes
Lead change in innovation and technology around Cost Tracking
Ensure compliance with capitalization policy
Create, monitor and lead project financials and cost reporting
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

At least 10 years of related experience. At least 3 years of management experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
Experience in Project Controls Development
Financial acumen
Preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management
MBA, CPA or CFA preferred
