Job Opening for Sr. Finance Manager, R&D in Reckitt (Parsippany, NJ 07054)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the financial planning for Research & Development across the Nutrition GBU and includes the control of R&D fixed costs, R&D projects, Capital Investment and Monthly analysis to ensure that the business has a clear view on drivers of performance. Globally. You’ll:
Work closely with the R&D Leadership team as dedicated resource for Nutrition to provide finance business partnering and support in decision making
Provide information to the R&D teams and Senior Finance Team. Ensuring integrity of information reported out of and contained within financial systems
Understand the key drivers for R&D to lead forecast and budget setting, help to inform decision making with respect to project prioritization
Ensure that finance process is followed and where required suggest amendments
Support the R&D Leadership Team in managing change across R&D.

You’ll succeed because…

BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA a plus
8+ years financial experience with R&D experience preferred
Must have strong PC skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP
Understand business requirements and are willing to challenge them
Natural leader potential – entrepreneurial decision making skills and communication skills of a high order
Displays a high sense of urgency. Makes sure the job gets done.
Ability to see/ explain beyond the detail of the numbers and to influence senior management
