ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Senior Commercial Finance Director – Revenue Capture (New Categories)
Number of Direct Reports
Commercial Finance, RGM, Strategy & Planning, Demand Finance and Consumer Marketing
DRBU / U.S. Region
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Maintaining & augmenting price & share modelling by leveraging technological advancements such as AI and regression engines
Leveraging vast datasets including shipments, pricing, retail offtake & transaction-level data to amplify consumer and category insights
Providing pricing-related insights & perspectives related to competitor activities, consumer trends and cross-category interactions
Collaborating with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to develop next level pricing strategies & price architectures which accelerate NTO & market share growth
Collaborating with RGM, Strategy & Planning, Brand, Trade, Financial Planning, Operations, Supply Finance and others to ensure a coordinated and aligned annual operating plan with appropriate revenue, margin and share objectives
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our parent company’s Global Revenue Sustainability program

Are you familiar with Revenue Growth Management principles?
Have you had experience influencing cross-functionally to achieve a business goal?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Energized by data analysis and identification of insights
Strong ability to build business relationships with Trust
Previous experience in pricing & promotions, sales analytics, finance, and category management
Excellent analytical skills & business acumen to build strong business cases that drive business decisions
Commercially focused and is consumer centric
Strong oral & written communication skills, negotiating ability, & problem solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
Previous RGM experience in a CPG company preferred
