Job Description : As a Technology Strategy M&A Program Manager, you will lead and drive continuous cross-functional oversight, review, and monitoring of active post-close M&A integration activities for Technology across all BUs and drive successful delivery of integrations to ensure compliance of acquisition integrations with EFX BAU standards
What you’ll do
Project Development and Management
Work with other domain/track leads, particularly Technology and Security, and across BUs and alliances to ensure accurate assessments of current integration status on M&A deals
Coordinate with team on prioritization schema to address milestones of strategic importance
Work to build milestone and project plans against which integration goals can be met; deliver against timelines, escalate early, drive conversations to decisions
Work with leadership across domains to ensure reasonable resource commitments are in place to execute project plans
Communications
Maintain progress reporting program for all integration activities
Ensure alignment of key milestone dependencies, and communicate scale and business impact of adjustments to key stakeholders
Process:
Contribute to M&A process development to ensure compliance on all future acquisition integrations
Schedule and host regular progress review meetings updating stakeholders at multiple levels on relevant integration status, milestone updates, and risks
Develop, curate and continuously improve the Tech M&A Toolkit to Support ability of EFX Tech to execute M&A deals and integrations are compliant with Security and Technology requirements, delivered on-time and on-budget.
Contribute to internal knowledge center to document and communicate information associated with all M&A phases, including descriptions of key processes, participants, and tools
Contribute and maintain current library of latest integration templates, e.g Integration Project Plan, Communications Plans, Integration artifacts
Create templates where needed, e.g., Discovery checklist, pre-Closing checklist, Post-Integration Review Agenda
Gather feedback for continuous improvement, and assist training personnel new to M&A activities
Collaborate and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of templates/playbooks, particularly for planning and execution of all phases of M&A, e.g. discovery, diligence, integration planning, and integration execution.
Facilitate, where appropriate, alignment with other planning and execution processes with similar scope and complexity, such as business case review/approval
Collaborate with, educate and lead members Tech M&A Guild on above activities as appropriate
Support new deals as able and required that could include: diligence content reviews, closing preparations, integration kickoff support, and support M&A best practices across all BUs
What experience you need
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Program Management capacity
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on programs related to Mergers & Acquisitions
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams
What could set you apart
Fluent with project management tools, including Smart Sheets (highly preferred), Aha
Strong communication and collaboration skills – ability to drive conversations to conclusion and action
Ability and desire to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in spanish preferred: able to project manage integration activities with technical Latin American teams
