We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Finance that loves what they do and is excited about our industry!We are looking for an experienced VP, Finance to join our team. The VP Finance will be responsible for leading the finance function for three business units within our cloud based payment solutions company & partnering to drive business strategy across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A), inclusive of month end close, budget submissions and reforecasts, flashes, variance commentaries etc and managing against the global budget target.Overseeing the finance team in Las Vegas and international hubs/markets as applicableBusiness partnering with international markets to align on budgets, actuals and business drivers.Provide strategic financial counsel and general business partnering with the Chief Product & Strategy Officer and functional reportsDeveloping and implementing business and process improvements within finance and the broader organization as appropriate to scale the businessWorking with the CFO and business leads on ad hoc strategic projectsDefines and implements key performance indicators and strategic objectives and facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results back to the businessEnsures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including but not limited to tax laws, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and cost accounting standards (CAS).Maintains knowledge of developments and trends in finance and administration including technological advances.Desired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of working in a variety of analytical and strategic, high-visibility finance roles.Strong experience in developing and reporting business performance metricsExperience with SAP and Hyperion experience preferredStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent technical and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and be effective and decisive under pressureAbility to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented and rapidly changing environmentStrong teaching skills and demonstrated experience investing time to develop peopleExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to build strong working partnerships along with the ability to listen, understand and influencePossesses the confidence and presence to interact and present at senior management and executive levelsJob Type: Full-timePay: $175,000.00 – $275,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus paySigning bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Las Vegas, NV 89109: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
