| Job Description : | The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for managing their pipeline based of their assigned product by prioritizing, organizing and monitoring the operational flow of appraisal orders. They will assist processing in finding turn times that meet the borrowers targeted closing date and assist with any ordering questions and or appraisal concerns. The Appraisal Coordinator will also work in conjunction with Collateral Reviewers to ensure revisions or any outstanding items are received in a timely manner for pending reviews. EXPECTATIONS Identifies all revised appraisals received and updates product review pipeline(s) as applicable. Clears all applicable appraisals in QC review in Mercury and delivers to applicable product. Identifies and follows up on all orders over 3 days old that do not have an inspection scheduled. Identifies and follows up on all inspected orders over 4 days old and are due to FACo. Reviews modification request for due date or fee increase to determine if acceptable according to closing date/customer needs. Holds orders reviewed, categorized and communicated to prevent extended delays. Manages assigned product escalations within the Review Queue in Encompass. Manages escalations within the Asset Management Queue (Funding Activity Table). Monitors the Appraisal Shared Mailbox. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION – REQUIRED High School Diploma EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Proficiency with negotiating and interacting with AMC companies Knowledge of Appraisal software companies for Appraisal Management – Mercury, CMS, and others Complete understanding of traditional mortgage process & Appraisal ordering workflow Additional Information The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
