Overview of the Controller position:

Monthly financial statements and analysis
Improve financial literacy of the management team and production personnel
Identify and communicate key performance drivers and explanations of variances
Participate and lead in the strategic planning process
Provide leadership and supervise accounting team

Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Controller role:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills
Familiar with data mining and ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines
