Job Description : About this role:

This leader will be the CFO of Small Business Banking, will report to CFO for Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) and be part of the CSBB Finance Leadership Team. This person will build and lead a team providing strategic finance leadership, with accountability and responsibility to the key leaders in Consumer & Small Business Banking organization, and to the CFO of CSBB.

Finance support for Small Business Banking is run as one end to end team to include:
Financial Planning and Analysis
Small Business Lending Finance
Small Business Deposits Finance
Management reporting
Product distribution tracking
Product profitability
Expense management
Partnership with Consumer Lending and Commercial Banking, including Merchant Services and SBA Lending
The key responsibilities for the role will be to:
Manage two or more specialized teams responsible for the largest and most complex financial advisory services impacting one or more Business Lines companywide
Focus on delivering solutions for the business groups based on financial research and economic research that may have critical impact on the long-term business performance
Direct a team of managers or more experienced level consultants to ensure effective consultation, report of product pricing, key metrics forecasting, validation and support various financial viability assessments
Identify opportunities for efficient and effective support in providing key finance services such as management reporting and research for key metric forecasting
Supervise the success of large, companywide complex projects and initiatives
Lead finance team by making strategic decisions to resolve issues with high critical impact in order to bring success to the enterprise
Provide guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Finance
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:
Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
Required Qualifications, US:
8+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Management experience

Direct experience working as a CFO of a large business line or complex function.
Experience in developing financial projections and establishing financial goals.
Experience with cost benefit analysis on projects/initiatives.
