On the Retirement team, you’ll be catalyst for retail retirement services at Vanguard. Our highly skilled crew assist clients navigating the complex decision making which can influence their ability to successfully plan for, and manage through retirement. We work to help clients maximize their investment in individually owned and small business plan retirement accounts. In this role, you will: Partner with our clients via the phone to assist them with a wide range of inquiries. Provide clients with the best chance for investment success by utilizing strong relationship management skills combined with a deep understanding of investment philosophy and products. Use your investment acumen and brokerage knowledge to execute trades for our clients and guide them to resources to enable them to trade online with confidence Provide world-class customer experiences by bringing warmth, energy, and knowledge to each conversation Lead with empathy and solutions-oriented mindset to help clients understand the foundational needs of their account What it takes SIE, FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required Minimum of 2+ years of related business experience required Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills Intellectual curiosity and broad understanding of business and financial acumen Proven ability to excel in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand Thrives in fast-paced work environments that can be ambiguous and require flexibility Share our commitment to strengthening communities by donating time, talent, and treasure Ability to have fun, be engaged and inspire others in a team environment Please note new hires may need to be full jurisdiction registered in all US states and territories.
