Job Description : The Client Services CFO is accountable for the oversight of client financial activities. The CFO will oversee the work performed by our controllers, who are providing back-office accounting services to our clients. The CFO will also be assigned direct client responsibilities for some of our monthly service clients.

General Responsibilities:
Do the extras – provide clients with unexpected service
Consult with clients on business decisions in the areas of accounting, finance, and general business operations
Annual Budgeting process for multiple clients and entities
Long-range planning and forecasting
Lead, Manage, and hold team members Accountable
Follow and continuously develop Fortiviti processes and policies

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent experience)
CPA preferred
Progressive experience in accounting/finance – preferably in public accounting, a small business or entrepreneurial environment
Strong interpersonal skills – you will talk with clients daily
Effective management and mentorship ability
Desire for personal growth
