| Job Description : | We have an immediate need for a Corporate Controller who will own and drive all aspects of our client’s accounting and financial operations. The right candidate will be dynamic, hardworking, and will have the opportunity to build out a world-class team, implement best practices and help scale the company. The Corporate Controller will work closely with the finance team to build out budgets, the long-term strategic plan and dashboards. This individual will lead the external audit and interface with outside advisors. You will report directly to their hard-charging CFO who has a track record built on partnering with his team to enable their success.Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day company accountsMonthly general ledger balance reconciliations including, but not limited to: cash balances to bank statement balances, accounts receivable balance to sub-ledger balance, accounts payable balance to sub-ledger balance, inter-company loan balances among affiliated consolidating entitiesOversite, and preparation of annual audits which include and are not limited to: insurance audits, and associated union auditsOptimize payroll and billing processes to maximize efficienciesHelp design and support business and operational strategies, demonstrating agility in a changing environment and leading by exampleQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance15+ years experience in the areaNetSuite ERP experience requiredCPA license with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAPExcellent data skills, including Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentStrong written & verbal communicationJob Type: Full-timePay: $200,000.00 – $225,000.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience:GAAP: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
