Informed by the latest advancements in science and medicine, we combine evidence-based interventions with compassionate family engagement to help change lives.Located in either Lompoc or Goleta, California, this position is responsible for participating in financial month end closing, financial planning and analysis, reconciliations, fixed asset record keeping, providing rigorous financial analysis for cost statements, program profitability analysis, budgeting, reporting projects, and ad-hoc analysis. Supports Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and other finance functions as needed.The Financial Analyst will: Ensure the accuracy of revenue and expenses prior to the monthly closing of the general ledgerAct as a liaison between the Operations and Finance teams by providing program leadership with timely financial information and analyticsWork alongside the Director of Finance and Leadership to develop annual operational budgetsPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual center balance sheet accounts reconciliationHave strong Data Entry and Reporting skillsKeywords: Financial Analyst, statistics, budgets, billing, financial planning, reconciliations, financial analysisQualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field required.Experience: 5 years’ experience in related profession. Must demonstrate sound judgement and an ability to independently follow up as required. Requires ability to be adaptable, flexible, and change activities quickly. Must demonstrate a professional demeanor, and be able to make quick and accurate decisions independently. This position requires self-motivation and excellent organizational skills. Ability to present analysis and reports and communicate effectively a must.
