| Job Description : | Direct Orthopedic Care is looking to add a Finance Analyst to our team. This role must develop a strong business acumen for every function, service line, and department within DOC. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the nitty-gritty is desired. As a fast-growing company, you will be exposed to and influence a wide range of business functions, including Clinical Operations, Marketing, Strategy, and Administration.Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to all stakeholdersWork closely with, and report directly to, the Chief Financial OfficerAssist in the creation of annual and project-specific budgetsAnalyze monthly budget vs. actual and analyze fluctuationsWill be primary point of contact with outsourced accounting firm for the preparation of monthly financial statementsWill assemble annual financial information to be provided to the external auditors for tax and review purposesCreate and update data warehoused (Pyramid) reportsWill likely have some Accounts Payable responsibilitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferredMinimum of 2 years’ experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysisBasic knowledge of Accounting/GAAPAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (significant emphasis on Excel)Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent Communication skillsAbility to complete projects timely and accuratelyMust be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environmentExperience in healthcare industry a plusBenefits:Competitive starting salaryComprehensive health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance)401 K Plan (with a company match)AD&D and Life InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off policyJob Type: Full-time |
