The Role
Do you possess a 4-year degree in Finance or equivalent education and work experience? Are you detail orientated and proficient with 4th Shift (or other similar ERP), Microsoft Word and Excel? Do you have previous experience in a manufacturing environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are a one of the world’s leading manufacturers of off-highway wheels and an innovative engineering solutions provider, looking to appoint a Financial Analyst to support the financial controller in all aspects of management accounting in a business that is currently undertaking significant capital investment to deliver growth and profitability improvements.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a Finance Analyst include, but are not limited to:
Review the financial performance and position of each value stream to ensure accurate monthly reporting, identifying and investigating trends to deliver improved performance in all value streams.
Producing month end P&L variance analysis to explain actual performance deviations to latest forecasts and budgets. Following up on variances to exploit favourable and resolve adverse impacts.
Review of actual performance compared to standard, identifying trends and working across functions to deliver improved performance including customer and item margin analysis. Supporting the established “Problem Children” process.
Finance lead supporting project teams delivering significant capital investment to ensure project is delivered to budget, cash forecasts and funding requirements are maintained and achieved and that the projected benefits are delivered.
Producing the quarterly forecast and annual budgets for review by the Controller, to full Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow detail.
Producing the weekly cash forecast to reflect latest projections, reviewed by the Controller and presented to the moveero Group Leadership Team including clear explanations of movements from previous forecast and variance to latest forecast and budgets.
Working with UK moveero finance team to manage the use of the shared Asset Backed Lending facility.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Financial Analyst are:
4 – year degree in Finance or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated ability to identify issues and work across functions to deliver improvements.
Ability to work with a variety of diverse people and departments.
Detailed oriented, organized and proficient with 4th Shift (or other similar ERP), Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Requirements include outstanding research, analytical and spreadsheet skills, and exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
