As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for revenue recognition, revenue forecasting and financial reporting & analysis for lines of business, departments and projects. This position may be based out of our corporate headquarters in Lincoln, NE or potentially fully remote for a senior-level candidate. Responsibilities: Prepare Month-end revenue templates for the Data Management and Biometrics line of business and validate system-generated revenue Perform all activities related to Monthly Projects Close Process in area of responsibility Support annual audits and respond to any audit requests in a timely manner. Ensure all proper documentation exists as needed for any changes in estimates based on Operations input. Respond to Operations and Client requests Prepare Revenue Forecast monthly for conference calls Prepare revenue projections with required analysis to assist in the preparation of the annual Budget. Support organization with financial reporting & analysis Leverage the project profitability reporting to assist with client and project analysis Provide utilization and resource management reporting to support analysis and business needs Assist with labor costs and charge rates to drive accurate costing information Collaborate with various areas to implement and validate online dashboards Generate monthly results reporting and analyze variances to plan / forecast Assist with quarterly forecast and annual budget process. Prepare related reporting packages. Complete needed Census reporting and additional ad-hoc analyst as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 4-5 years accounting and/or FP&A experience Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel Ability to handle multiple priorities Highly organized and strong attention to detail Effective and professional oral and written communication skills Experience with ERP preferred Team player As a leader in transitional medical research, Celerion considers COVID safety of paramount importance.
