Primary Responsibilities:
Integrations & Financial Systems
Be the go-to resource for financial systems and drive the implementation of additional features and functionality (e.g. implementation of inventory module)
Project manage the on-boarding of new acquisitions
Integrating them into NetSuite, Paystand, Concur and other financial systems
Partnering with Corporate & Technical Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, Portfolio Accounting, and Shared Services to ensure a smooth transition to joining the Fullsteam finance platform
Assist with post-closing net working capital true ups of acquired companies
Assisting and backup as the Administrator role for certain financial systems
Ensure proper structuring for internal control purposes
Assist with setting up new workflows and streamlining data flows
Ad hoc projects as needed
Continuous Improvement
Review existing methods of gathering information and performing analysis and propose opportunities for improvement
Assist with furthering the development of automations across our financial systems infrastructure

Experience:
Preferred experience with integrating newly acquired companies into financial systems
Experience setting up new financial systems and or functionalities
Experience in acquisitive, geographically dispersed, and diverse businesses
Understanding of all accounting rules and principles (US GAAP)
Experience implementing automation tools and or processes
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting Information Systems
MBA, CPA, a Plus

This position may be 100% remote or can be located in the Auburn, AL office. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment if fully remote.
