||Institutional Client Service Associate.Premier Midtown Asset Manager is seeking a Institutional Client Service Associate to assist with the day-to-day maintenance of client accounts.The Institutional Client Group is responsible for providing tailored investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, institutions and family offices by leveraging our global investment resourcesEssential Functions:- Engage in active interaction with clients, accountants, and attorneys via phone and e-mail- Ensure timely response to client inquiries and provide ongoing communication with clients/prospects, including the compilation and distribution of recurring client requests- Process client deposits & withdrawals (including RMD Distributions, Charitable Giving, Tax Payments)- Coordinate the completion of all marketing material and presentation books, ensuring that materials are accurate and deadlines are met- Onboard new clients by coordinating account setup with internal and external investment, legal and operational contacts- Prepare pre-client meeting agendas, confirmation letters, post meeting follow up letters and any other miscellaneous correspondence- Maintain notes and meetings in Salesforce – Contribute value-added ideas to the business platform, as well as working on special projects as needed- Direct support to Vice President; general support to the Private Client Team Desired Qualifications: (degrees, relevant background, etc.)- Bachelor’s degree- 1-3+ year experience and general interest in the financial services industry- Strong verbal/written communications skills and comfort engaging with clients multiple levels of the firm- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications required; proficiency with Salesforce and Pershing systems (NetX360) a big plus- Highly detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet frequent, inflexible deadlines- Strong organizational and time management skills-Series 7, 63/65 or 66 a plus or the desire to attain with 6 monthsJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programRelocation assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
