Job Opening for Investor Relations Associate in First National Realty Partners (Farmingville, NY 11738)

We are giving a ground floor opportunity for select candidates to join one of the fastest growing Private Equity Real Estate companies in the country.

This role’s duties will include communicating directly, on a daily basis, with our equity partners both current and potential. You need to be highly organized, a skilled communicator, agile, and a self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals and meeting strict deadlines.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage relationships within our investor base
Proactively solicit investor feedback regarding investment opportunities and our services to better develop our platform
Work with internal functional teams to ensure that all investor requests/inquiries are managed appropriately
Manage and track investor pipeline
Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience, Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; proven industry experience will be acceptable in lieu of degree
1-3 years of experience in the Financial Industry and/or Private Equity experience a plus
CRM Experience is a plus
Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Grocery Anchored Retail Centers (is a plus)
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way to a diverse audience
Quick learner with aptitude for technology
An articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses strong customer-facing skills
Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
