This position is a 6 month assignment and will be located in San Jose, California.How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of TechThe Jr Financial Analyst will be working side by side with our Finance managers in day-to-day business operations and financial reporting. You will be providing support and assistance to the Finance team including month-end closing, Ad-hoc data pulls and analysis request. The Jr Financial Analyst will also support interactions with other regional finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for junior finance professional to be able to work across business units and collaborate with other regional finance team.Primary Responsibilities Include: Utilize financial systems and MS Excel functions to manipulate large data setsCollaborate closely with business functions, accounting, and finance teams.Collaborate with Month-End close procedures.Ad-hoc reporting on as-needed basisFollow finance process by enforcing policies and proceduresAssist on evaluate data, analyze trends, and present results to ManagerMonitor top expense accounts and report to ManagerComplete other responsibilities as assignedExperience You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.2 – 3 years of financial analysis work experience.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesGood understanding of financial management procedures, concepts, and accounting principlesAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret basic financial information.Maintain job attributes and information as needed in systemsTrack record of cross-functional, putting ideas into practice, and assessing resultsExperience on SAP is a plusJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location |
