Perigon has averaged 54% revenue growth over the past 5 years. We manage approximately $3.3 billion in client assets as a fee-only fiduciary. In addition to our headquarters in San Francisco, we have offices in Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, Georgia and South Florida with plans for significant near-term growth and expansion into new markets.A successful Junior Trader will:Actively support Portfolio Managers and the broader client team to meet clients’ needs and expectations.Support Portfolio Managers with portfolio construction, performance and other analyses, including presentation of investment solutions (such as proprietary or 3rd party managers) in-line with client specific needs;Perform ongoing monitoring of client accounts to assure adherence to asset allocation guidelines and investment objective outlined in the Investment Policy Statement;Assist in developing and/or delivering of solution-specific investment proposals;Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and engaging in meaningful interactions with our advisors and strategic partnersBE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Trading and portfolio rebalancing & Client performance reporting via Orion Eclipse (our primary PM & trading software) (experience with Orion is a bonus, but experience with others (ie Tamarac) is also welcome)Compliance management, including annual reviews, asset allocation variances, transaction monitoring and concentration documentation and monitoring, as well as other ad hoc initiatives around risk management.Market and platform research, investment idea generation, when appropriate;Other administrative duties, as required.Leverage experience and expertise to manage and/or execute client investment transactions;Coordinate with client teams and partners to deliver integrated services to the client; identify and resolve issues in an effective, timely manner; andEnsure adherence to all internal policies and compliance to legal and regulatory requirements.Projects with our Investment team will include Direct Indexing, Alternative Investments (including hedge funds, private equity, private debt, etc), tax harvesting, concentrated stock management, ESG,Impact & Sustainable Investing, Perigon 180 (robo advisor offering), Fintech efficiencies, external model offerings, etcQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with a financial institution focusing on high-net-worth client service, trading and salesBS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or Mathematics desiredCurrent pursuit of the CFA designation is desired (level 2 candidates and above preferred)Pursuit of a professional designation, such as CFA, CFP®, CTFA, etc., is supportedShould be able to thrive in teamwork environments and have a “no job too small” mentality.Attention to detail is critical, and please include examples in your applicationJob Types: Full-time, ContractBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Work Location: Remote
