About the Opportunity As the Manager, Corporate Development / M&A, you will collaborate with leaders across the Leslie’s organization to identify, assess, and complete acquisitions and strategic investments. Leslie’s is engaged in a programmatic M&A strategy with the goal of completing several transactions each year. You will be primarily responsible for supporting all elements of the M&A process. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a pipeline of acquisition targets, conducting preliminary due diligence, preparing internal investment briefings, and managing the various due diligence work streams across internal and external stakeholders. You will also interface with target management teams and will be involved in deal negotiation. This role will report to Leslie’s VP Growth & Strategy. Accordingly, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of company-wide strategic growth initiatives in addition to the core M&A responsibilities. This is a newly created position with broad responsibility and significant opportunity for career progression within Leslie’s.
