Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
Enter new account data into internal systems for transitioning representativesAnswer questions regarding paperwork requirements and status of new accounts and transfersContact producer’s office when paperwork is not in good order (NIGO)Work to process initial incoming account transfers and direct rolloversWork with producer’s office to resolve paperwork issuesOther duties and projects as assigned by manager
Must haves:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
2. 1-3 years demonstrated ability in a business setting required.
3. Strong familiarity with investment account types, account opening documentation and asset transfers.
4. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work in a flexible environment and think independently & analytically.
5. Must be detail oriented with excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
6. Must be capable of gaining industry knowledge; read, analyze, and reconcile account statements.
7. Strong consultation, organizational and communication skills.
8. Have the ability to refine processes, provide feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
