The Client Strategies Group exists to design and champion the Edward Jones Client Experience. We equip client teams with insights and complete wealth management expertise, products and solutions throughout the client journey to help achieve what’s most important to them.

Solutions Specialists II are responsible for leading the strategy and integration on small to medium-scale projects through an established change management process to address how clients, branch teams and other key groups may be impacted.

Responsibility Summary
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead the strategy and execution of change management on small to medium-scale projects to drive adoption, achieve client outcomes and business results, and enhance the experience for those impacted.
Support the strategy and execution on medium to large-scale projects to drive adoption, achieve client outcomes and business results, and enhance the experience for those impacted.
Identify, understand and demonstrate the ability to apply and integrate product knowledge of investment options into a comprehensive solution.
Gather, understand and influence prioritization of insights from branch teams about the training, performance support, integration, and/or application knowledge they need to increase adoption and usage of a comprehensive solution.
Ensure the communication and application of investments and timely opportunities and risks to branch teams as they relate to the client needs, branch processes and impact on clients.
Serve as key stakeholder to projects/teams within the firm where dependencies exist.
Ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered to branch teams efficiently & effectively through the training, tools, and coaching organization.
Serve as a key influencer on enhancements and improvements to the systems and branch workflow tools.
Develop measures to track usage and impact of efforts and adjust strategy as needed.
Informally lead or co-lead a cross-functional team of associates and leaders representing the project change team.
Preferred:
At least 5 years of industry experience preferred.
Have a general understanding of industry product alternatives not available at Edward Jones.
Demonstrated understanding of how the branch and client arrive at the comprehensive solutions to include all relevant guidance, processes and tools.
General understanding of Change Management and Agile preferred
Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change readiness and adoption metrics through the entire project lifecycle preferred.
Other:
Series 7 & 66 required (or must successfully obtain within 6 months of hire).
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to incorporate effective listening and collaboration skills.
Ability to skill-up quickly on a given topic, navigate with little direction and adapt to change in a fluid environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively with multiple ongoing initiatives.
Comfortable informally leading strategic firm change initiatives with multiple lines of business.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
