DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-of-breed technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future.
As the Order to Cash process professional you will deliver system and process design in support of Customer Finance, Revenue and Accounts Receivable and will report to the NA SEC Finance Dir. The role will be responsible for delivering business insight based on your experience and using expertise across the Nike Finance community. The work will require delivering against business requirements and SAP leading practices. This role will also drive partnership and collaboration with working teams, including Business Experts (both inside and outside the SEC Program), Nike Technology, Transformational Change Office (TCO), External Implementation Partners and SEC Program Leadership.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide deep subject matter expertise specific to Customer Finance, Revenue and Accounts Receivable processes.
Design standardized policies, procedures and tools stretching across credit, cash application, collections, dispute management and reporting. Integrate business requirements, and technology into the development of robust solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate across Geographies with Customer Finance leaders, as well as Marketplace Operations, Sales, Logistics and Controlling business partners, sharing and adopting industry leading practices to continuously improve Customer Finance processes.
Drive the future integration of iPAID, NIKE’s global invoice payment and dispute management solution, enabling the organization to provide self-service capabilities to our wholesale Customers in support of the Consumer Direct Acceleration.
Partner with SEC transition management teams (TCO) to execute organizational transition management that drives process and solution adoption across all of finance and around the globe.
Lead and partner on all related testing required for the activation of future state process related to Customer Finance, Revenue and Accounts Receivable.
Accountable to use the program tools to build the BPD (Business Process Design) as a critical output of the work cycles in partnership with Tech.

Strong ability to contribute to creatively solving sophisticated, outstanding problems with large business impact utilizing proven methods
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, business planning, management consulting or related field or 3+ years of Customer Finance experience
Experience with SAP is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ground-breaking, process focused and strategic-thinking demeanor
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Ability to share ideas, develop effective responses and influence management decisions
Ability to work independently, lead and prioritize against multiple priorities, while delivering results with high quality
Able to exercise a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Experience with Big 4 Public Accounting firm, or another large regional firm is preferred
Fortune 500/multinational Consumer Products company preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
Strong technical foundation of accounting and US GAAP is highly desirable
