Our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator serves as our new patient ambassador, creating positive first impressions and guiding patients through every aspect of their upcoming orthodontic journey, including understanding the benefits of orthodontic treatment, explaining options, addressing any questions, as well as coordinating clinical, scheduling, and financial components for our awesome new patients. Additionally, our TC contributes to the smooth flow of day-to-day business operations, including communications, insurance and marketing. Our TC will be part of our small, caring team who genuinely loves what we do, sincerely believes we have the best patients and families anywhere, and feels privileged that we get to work in a field that changes lives—one smile at a time.
