| Job Description : | Position Summary:The Assistant Controller directs the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable, Inventory and Fixed Asset Accounting Staff.Must routinely meet deadlines and multi task.Must be effective in handling problems in the work place, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.Responsible for direct supervision of Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets and Inventory accounting functions.Responsible for preparation of the annual informative returns and supervising preparation of property data for the property tax returns.Requirements:College degree in accounting/ finance related area is required. At least three years full-service accounting experience or public accounting. Supervisorial experience and willingness to train and coach staff.
