Financial Services OCM BOCES CNY RIC located in Syracuse. Successful candidates will provide support to school districts utilizing integrated school financial management systems such as Infinite Visions, nVisions, and WinCap. A strong accounting background and payroll knowledge is required. Knowledge of NYS school accounting is preferred. Various duties include, classroom training, one on one training and phone support in areas such as ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, payroll and personnel. Preparing training manuals and documenting release notes are also included. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science with 1 year of experience; or Associates degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science with 3 years of experience. This is a Civil Service class position and continued employment is contingent on successfully passing the required exam.
