You enjoy helping people make informed, confident decisions. You are responsible for assisting clients and the team in various multidisciplinary functions in the investment, insurance, and lending products industries to include but not limited to:Compile various information and analytics in a meaningful way to drive wisdom for our team and clientsClient onboarding and account related paperwork for a multitude of product lines in the investment, insurance and lending spaceGuide new and existing clients through the underwriting processPrepare investment proposals, insurance illustrations, policies for delivery, lending applicationsProcess of asset / money movement via account transfers, ACH, fed funds wire, charitable gifting, policy or collateralized investment loans/ lines of credit, etc.Address client inquiriesAssist clients with troubleshooting our website, DocuSign, login portalManage sales pipeline and client inventoryInterface with internal and external partners to gain product and market insightsCoordinate and prepare for weekly team meetingsManage client correspondence, notes, and files, and maintain compliant client recordsKey Competencies: Highly dependable & strong work ethicPunctual, and brings a positive mindset and upbeat energy to the officeAbility to take initiative, be a self-starter, & work independently to drive towards solutionsAbility to work under pressure individually & in a team environmentAbility to communicate clearly & concisely both verbally & in writingProven analytical & problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize numerous tasks & execute efficiently in a timely mannerAbility to create and maintain systems for high volume of work, and stay organized in a fast paced environmentHigh degree of accuracy & attention to detailAbility to receive constructive criticismDemonstrate self-ownership & action orientationRequired Qualifications: o 2-4 years of Financial Services experienceo Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Communications, or Marketingo Ability to obtain the following licenses within your first year:o Life, Accident, & Sicknesso SIE, Series 7, Series 66Compensation: $55-75k Base salary with benefits and bonus opportunityJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceLife insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Client Service: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
