State Bar membership is required, and if not already admitted with a plenary license qualified for a Pennsylvania limited in-house counsel license.5+ years recent and continuous experience as a practicing attorney working in a financial services legal department or in the financial services practice group of a law firm.Demonstrated ability to provide research, counsel and guidance on complex legal questions or inquiries. Ability to analyze legal issues in substantive law in area of practice, provide effective advice to clients on routine legal matters.
