CHT has been able to work with hospitals across the country on their medical gas systems, we work in; operating rooms, patient rooms, emergency rooms, NICU, ICU, and PACU.We are hiring a Controller to sit in our Middleburg Heights office.As the Controller, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting operations of the company. This includes but is not limited to monthly financial reports, operational metrics, payroll, maintenance of the accounting system, and overseeing expenses/reimbursements.RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage day to day accounting activity including supervision of accounts receivable and accounts payable· Manage month, quarter and year end closing activities and preparation of related financial statements for multiple entities· Manage the annual budget. Forecasts and monitors budget on a monthly basis· Provide guidance and review of expense management activity including travel and other miscellaneous (discretionary, non-inventory) spending· Supervise payroll, 401K administration and related reporting· Review and update fixed asset records / system and reporting· Assist with tax planning and compliance including federal, state, and local reporting· Other tasks/projects as assigned by CEO/PresidentREQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field5+ years of progressive accounting experienceExtensive experience in Financial Analysis, Income Tax, Design, and Implementation of Internal Controls, Management, Audit, Corporate Oversight, and Employee Benefits AdministrationHighly motivated, analytical, big-picture thinkerDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as with a teamExcellent written/verbal communicationAbility to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlinesCPA, Master’s degree, Public Accounting tenure a plusEqual Opportunity Employer – M/F/Disabled/VetJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
