You will be a collaborative partner with a seat at the table helping to commercialize solutions that sustain and drive Lowe’s competitive advantage. You’ll bring your experience, passion for problem solving and financial acumen to your direct and cross-functional teams. The Finance Manager accomplishes work through the responsibilities listed below: Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader on respective teamFacilitates the financial forecasting and planning processes with business and leadership partners driving monthly forecast updates, annual plans, and long range plans (2-3 years)Collaborates across the business to provide root cause analysis and actionable insights based on financial and non-financial data to leadership partners. This includes instilling financial acumen in the business to create a foundation for strong decision-making.Seeks to maximize financial returns through communication of financial and non-financial insights to leaders by preparing analyses using multiple and sometimes complex data sources; translating findings into clear, understandable themes; identifying complete, consistent, and actionable insights and recommendations REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in finance or analytical role with a public companyExperience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (MicroStrategy, TM1, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, Cognos, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)1+ years of experience with financial forecasting or analytic modelingExperience in structuring and writing formal documents, developing and delivering group presentations, project planning, and/or cross-functional collaborationPrevious experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Inventory Planning/ManagementAbility to travel up to 10% PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Merchandising FinanceExperience leading people directly or indirectlyRetail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and/or Manufacturing ExperienceMaster’s Degree OR MBA About Lowe’s: Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
