Growth creates this opportunityPrimary responsibilities for the Financial Analyst/ Commercial Real EstateAnalyze borrower financials, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting a loan· Prepare internal credit write upsCompile underwriting documentsPartner with the Loan Document Team in facilitating loan closings.Desired qualifications for the Financial Analyst/ Commercial Real EstateA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, with an emphasis in business, finance or related educational experience1-2 years of practical work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong MS Office/advanced ExcelStrong analytical background with experience in lending, underwriting, or real estateAn interest in learning to read, analyze, and interpret market reportsCompensation for the Financial Analyst/ Commercial Real Estate55-60k annually plus bonus.In addition, this well -capitalized, stable lender offers the ability to work on a hybrid remote schedule, (provided you are permanently based in the greater Atlanta area) an excellent, comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) the premium for which is 100% paid for the employee and their family, work life balance, a matched 401K plan and bonus.
