Job Opening for Financial Coordinator in Workforce Logiq (Plano, TX)

Workforce Logiq by Pro Unlimited is currently seeking a Financial Coordinator for a 12+ month assignment with Toyota in Plano, TX, with the option to work remotely on CST hours. We are looking for a meticulous, organized financial coordinator to organize and streamline our spend reporting and ordering processes. The financial coordinator will maintain documentation and records proficiently to ensure correctness and promptness of deliverables. You will handle and resolve inquiries regarding billing problems and disputes and keep spreadsheets for reconciliation purposes. M-F 8am- 5pm $80-85/hr.
To ensure success you need to be focused and stay up to date with your work duties.

Responsibilities:
Reporting activities related to IT project spend.
Ensuring accurate billing.
Handling billing problems and disputes.
Liaising across IT groups to gather and share relevant information.
Maintaining records and documentation.
Maintaining confidentiality of information.
Qualifications:
BA degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
2+ years related work experience.
Outstanding financial and analytical skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Proficient with MS Office Excel.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excel expert.
