The Raytheon Missiles & Defense Finance Business Process Management (BPM) team has an opportunity for a Principle Financial Analyst be a part of the team supporting business intelligence and systems development in support of the Finance organization. The team delivers systems and reporting solutions across Finance to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. The position will provide the opportunity to learn about the whole business and learn a wide variety of tools and processes.
Please note that this is a hybrid role which does allow some remote work and requires the selected candidate to be within commuting distance to the Tucson, AZ, Andover, Tewksbury, Waltham, or Boston, MA location. Position is eligible for relocation.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Work as part of a team to partner with BPM and Finance teams to create innovative new reporting solutions to solve internal customer needs
Lead Finance data and solution projects of moderate to complex scale, integrating self-service and enterprise tools to provide best fit solutions for the business.
Act as a business analyst gathering requirements, working with the team to design and support the development of systems, tools and reports
Support business process improvement initiatives by providing knowledge of tools, processes and business data
Maintaining and sustaining existing reports and reporting solutions
Daily problem solving in all areas of common financial data analysis
You will provide the Finance Department with the support required to enable informed decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and achieve financial and strategic objectives through the administration and governance of data strategy and reporting
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Technical Discipline and minimum. An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master’s is equal to 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. is equal to 4 years of experience.
5 years of prior relevant experience
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends and applied knowledge of measurements and statistics
Ability to translate results of data analysis into business recommendations
Experience designing, building, deploying, and sustaining tools or systems
Experience working across a matrixed organization to achieve results
Practical knowledge of Excel, Power Query, SharePoint, and SAP (ECC, BW, and AO)
Proven ability to develop and train others BI and/or Analytical Solutions
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Proven leadership skill
Qualifications We Value:
Ability to understand complex business data and processes problems and create solutions
Advanced analytical tools, such Power Query, PowerPivot, Tableau, PowerBI, R, Python, Alteryx etc.
Experience with databases and data warehouses, such as SQL, Oracle, SAP/BW
Experience with SharePoint or websites
Coursework in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
