You will be responsible for financial and operational analysis and reporting of multiple business units in the clinic operational area. Your work will result in performance improvement recommendations as you identify benchmarks and recognize financial trends and their implications. You will: Design, develop and maintain department-specific reporting packages Produce financial forecasts and modeling Organize, coordinate and lead weekly update meetings with key stakeholders Manage complex projects through initiative, problem identification/resolution and analysis Qualifications We’re seeking a driven, service oriented, and highly-analytical individual with: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, healthcare or related field MHA or MBA degree preferred Consulting experience a plus Five or more years of project management/analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Five or more years of data base system experience, preferably SQL Epic Trained or Certified desired Strong critical thinking abilities, problem identification and solving abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritizing skills Proven leadership ability Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical staff Proficiency Microsoft Office, and Power BI or Tableau UCLA Health is a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and dozens of primary care practices, specialty practices, urgent care centers and other ancillary locations throughout metro Los Angeles as well as the David Geffen School of Medicine.
