| Job Description : | Overview: Sells Bank products and services through the telephone to support new business growth. Sells and markets loan, deposit, and access products to both external clients and internal associates. Leverages cross-sales and referral opportunities as appropriate. Provides support for the Telephone Mortgage, Online, and Service groups. Ensures compliance throughout all activities with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. After initial training, candidates have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role where they can work in the office and remote. Responsibilities: Sales – Promotes the Bank’s retail and business products through outbound telephone calls. Consults with clients to understand their needs and sell loan, deposit, and access products. Identifies and refers prospects to Investor Services, Insurance, and Mortgage departments as appropriate. Facilitates efforts to sell Bank products to fellow associates as well as external clients. Collaboration – Works closely with various branches, departments, and vendors to support service delivery and sales capabilities. Engages with associates from the broader business team to coordinate the delivery of Bank products and services. Business Support – Identifies tools or methods to enhance personal service and referral performance. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the markets served. Product Proficiency – Maintains thorough knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, and procedures. Utilizes knowledge to make sales and answer product-related questions.
