Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within the Company. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technologies, data stores, digital marketing, client relationship management systems, and other proprietary technology built or bought by the Company.

The role is data driven with a focus on removing data silos and integrating the firm’s data stores and applications that support each business unit more efficiently. A thorough understanding of data analysis is essential for developing enhancements and quantifying performance. The individual should excel at identifying patterns and solutions for improved processes and profitability.

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:

Support department heads in all of the Company’s operations, creating efficient systems that maximize stakeholder value
Serve as main point of contact for Company back-office services for clients, including advisors and investors
Onboard and maintain advisory relationships and sub-advised client accounts
Provide back-office support for onboarding and maintaining selling agreements through maintaining close relationships with fund administrators
Participate and contribute to the strategic plan for the firm’s operational needs across all departments
Contribute to the Director of Technology and Data in overseeing the deployment and management of critical business unit technologies and software
Work with executives in overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Company’s policies and procedures
Assist in developing and managing data and technology initiatives to drive value to the firm
Support the Finance and Compliance departments with vendor management program
Directing and managing information technology and information security across the Company
Support the Director of Technology and Data in directing the infrastructure and support of the Company’s employees and advisor partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent training with at least 3 years of experience
Knowledge of RIA operations and management
Experience in TAMPs (e.g., Envestnet, AssetMark)
Technologies: Python, SQL, Hubspot, APIs, Microsoft Office Suite, and Orion are desirable

Certifications: • FINRA Series 65 or ability to obtain within 90 days

Develops project plans, coordinates project, communicates changes and progress on time and within budget
Creates tangible and measurable performance metrics that drive the Company’s strategic vision to fruition

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary of $60,000 to $90,000
