| Job Description : | This is a real estate appraiser trainee/analyst position with OHC’s seniors housing team. OHC is a national healthcare property valuation firm. We have offices in Miami, Tampa, Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlanta. We are currently hiring in our Tampa office. The position will involve some travel nationwide on job assignments (approximately 10% of time), and you will have the opportunity to become an expert at the valuation of highly complex properties—both the real estate component of property and the business enterprise. Our culture is entrepreneurial and informal. We are looking for candidates who want to learn and grow as a professional in a niche industry.
